1. Sarsapelie

2. More than moral support

   I believe the petition is modest in its statements. Beyond the moral support it should have called for
   1. Punishing the perpetrators through legal means,
   2. Call for Ruben Hayrapetyan's resignation from the national assembly,
   3. Similarly call for the MP's resignation from the Football Federation of Armenia.

3. Vahe Avetyan’s martyrdom

   Vahe Avetyans martyrdom is a great agonizing pain for all Armenians worldwide. To Vahe's family: let this faceless nation weep with you and beat their chest in grief and agony for such a great national loss.  The national flag all over Armenia should be set at half mast for 26 days.  As for punishment, Hayrapetyan and his bodyguards should each serve one year at the trenches facing Azeris and Harsnakar restaurant must be converted into an Armenian Criminal museum.  Also as compensation, the owner of Harsnakar restaurant / Hayrapetyan,  must pay for Vahe's children support until adulthood.

   Thence, there shall be a new LAW, as a national policy, a red line should be drawn in the sand that no Armenian shall raise a hand against another Armenian.

4. The crime at Harsnakar

   The diaspora should demand that laws be passed such that people that hold public office are not at the same time owners of private businesses. This is how it is in Western Europe and North America, to avoid conflict of interests whereby politicians with advance knowledge on public policy will not be able to funnel money to their businesses. It's time they minimize corruption and enter the 21st century. These sorts of criminal activities with the government turning a blind eye, is encouraging the cream of the scientific community including doctors and engineers and other honest people to emigrate to Russia, Western Europe and North America of which I know of a few. If this brain drain continues, Armenia will return to stone age and all the sacrifices made since 1918 would be in vain. I am also concerned that the corruption and the criminal activities since independence will push the diaspora to distance itself  from the motherland, in the process, this will accelerate the assimilation of armenians into foreign cultures, goodbye Armenia and Armenians.   

5. That criminal guerilla 

   That criminal guerilla should be jailed. [That's how it ] would in real democracy.
