“While Azerbaijan openly celebrates its recent campaign of ethnic cleansing of the Republic of Artsakh with a commemorative stamp, akin to a 1939 Nazi propaganda illustration, the United Nations responds with inaction.” Arman Azadian
Arman Azadian's study (paper) "Armenian Genocide 2020" enumerates Azeri war crimes and crimes against humanity. Twenty pages of images, some graphic, illustrate the Azeri Armenophobia, Azerbaijan's intention to commit ethnic cleansing of Armenians, an eerie reminder of the 1915 Genocide of the Armenians.
The introduction states, “Despite multiple calls by the international community to cease hostilities, including UN Secretary-General issuing urgent appeal for a global ceasefire, despite UN High Commissioner for Human Rights underscoring the direct threat of wars during a pandemic to public health and lives, and despite UN Security Council’s passage of Resolution S/RES/2532 (2020), expressing grave concerns about the devastating impact of the COVID-19 pandemic across the world, Azerbaijan and Turkey nevertheless commenced an act of ethnic cleansing against the Republic of Artsakh.”
The study (paper) covers the background of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabagh) conflict, following which it delves into the details of the war crimes committed by Azerbaijan
The war crimes are presented within the framework of violations of Geneva Conventions, Rome Statute, UN Conventions, IMT Charter, 1907 Hague Regulations, and other International Laws.
