    The Armenian adage "the snake might change its skin, but not its nature" proves its validity in the daily acts of the Turkish government.

    Mustafa Kemal tried to deceive the world that by tossing away the "backward" fez Turkey had instantly hopped into the modern world. But it takes more than a Giorgio Armani (yes, his father was Armenian) suit to become civilized.
