Armenia is a member of the International Organization of Francophonie (IOF). In 2018, the organization held its summit meeting in Armenia. The IOF has 88 members, including Romania, Lebanon, Switzerland, and Canada. Why is that no IOF members (other than France) has condemned Azerbaijan? Perhaps Francophonie should be spelled Francophoney.
