Almost a decade later would I have changed anything substantial? I think no, except perhaps telling that there is hope in reference to "Ten Days that shook Armenia". However, I have serious doubts whether free and fair elections can take place under the auspices of the present Parliament (Azkayin Joghov) unless an independent Election Commission is established.
