Daniel Ghazarian School and Music Academy Support Project

Daniel Ghazarian School is a private school, Grade 1 to Grade 12, in Shushi, the second-largest city in Artsakh. Academic subjects are taught in the morning while the afternoon is devoted to teaching how to play musical instruments. The school also provides breakfast and lunch which for some students is the only warm meal of the day.

The Yalkezian Foundation has undertaken to cover the school’s annual food expenses. Additionally, the foundation will try to raise funds to support the school’s heating system and other costs.

Under the title of "Armenia Assistance Programme" or AAP,  the Armenian Association of Toronto has been helping  the Yalkezian Foundation to raise funds for different projects. It is with great pride and pleasure that for the second year in a row, the association has undertaken the task of raising all the necessary funds to provide the young bright talents of our future their basic nourishment every day.
