The Road to National Unity

30 December 2010

A few weeks ago Keghart.com presented to its readers Sahag Toutjian’s Diaspora: Elective Leadership & Worldwide Structure, following the editorial Timely Debate on Diasporan Unity. As we get closer to the 100th anniversary of the Genocide of the Armenians the national discourse in the Diaspora will certainly be dominated by proposals and counter-proposals of a variety of initiatives related to national "Unity".

With the above anticipated developments in mind, Keghart.com is pleased to present video-interviews held by Shant TV in Armenia and Sevan TV in Beirut with three members of the  steering committee of the proposed National Congress of Western Armenians from Yerevan, Moscow and Beirut.

  1. The Road to National Unity

It is very important to invite or include Maitre Kaspar Deerderian in these types of discussions. He has devoted more than thirty years of his life researching and in the study of a so-called "Pan Armenian Congress". He is the expert and the  professional whom we must listen.
