President Trump and truth are as far apart as Vegas and Vladivostok. In years to come, books will be written about Trump’s cavalier attitude towards the truth while Trumpism will enter the dictionary as synonym for lying, just as Monsieur Chauvin gave us chauvinism, Richard Sheridan’s fictional Madame Malaprop gave us malapropism, and real life persons gave us sadism, gerrymandering, and bowdlerize.
Trump: “I am kicking out undocumented immigrants out of social security.”
Truth: Undocumented immigrants are already ineligible for social security benefits because they have no security number… because they are undocumented.
Trump: “We lost the 2020 election due to electronic fraud: millions of non-citizens voted for Joe Biden.”
Truth: No scintilla of proof re Trump’s claim.
Trump: “Haitian immigrants eat pets in Ohio.”
Truth: No proof.
Trump: “We will turn Gaza into Middle East’s Riviera.”
Truth: Where will America, which owes $36 trillion, get the trillions of dollars to turn the globe’s largest cemetery (200,000 plus innocent Palestinians killed by Israel) into an international playground a la the Riviera? Will 92-year old Brigitte Bardot be invited to cut the ribbon when Trump’s mirage becomes reality? The fact is this: Trump, his son, and Israel want to grab Gaza’s offshore undersea gas/oil mines.
Trump: We won by landslide the youth vote in Pennsylvania.
Truth: He won by 2 percentage points.
Trump: Canada is flooding America with fentanyl.
Truth: According to the most recent stats, last year U.S. border officials confiscated 46 pounds of Canada-originated fentanyl. Meanwhile, 21,000 pounds of fentanyl originated in Mexico were seized by U.S. border officials. Despite the vast disparity in the two figures, Trump exaggerated “Canada’s crime” when he put Canada in the same category as Mexico. He also doesn’t talk about the vast quantities of illegal drugs which are “imported” from the U.S. into Canada. Trump also doesn’t talk about the 753 U. S.-originated firearms of all sorts which the Canadian border officials seized last year. American firearms have flooded such big cities as Toronto resulting in a jump in gun-related murder and injuries. The Liar-in-Chief at the White House is silent about the above.
Trump: “There’s $100 billion…$200 billion…many thousands of billions of trade imbalance in Canada-U.S trade in favor Canada.”
Truth: No one knows the exact figure. As well, Trump is focused on products. If he included services, the “trade imbalance” would drastically shrink. Services mean telecommunications (‘internet, Netflix, etc.), copyright payments, movies, TV, training and university fees. As well, Canadian visitors (tourism and business) spend billions more in the U.S. than Americans do in Canada. In addition, countless American companies (Starbucks, Burger King, Subway, Staples, McDonald’s, Home Depot, Starbucks, Kraft Foods, Coca-Cola…) which operate in Canada send untold billions to America.
Several decades ago, writers Lillian Hellman and Mary McCarthy got into a literary catfight. During their exchange, McCarthy said of Hellman, “Every word she writes is a lie, including ‘And” and “The.” Most everything Trump says is a lie or a wild exaggeration, including the spaces between his words.

A pathological liar, criminal fraud, all-round thug of extremely low intelligence is President of a country where more of its citizens were fooled most of the time before the 2024 elections. What does this say about the general IQ of its citizens?
For two centuries or so, the symbols of the two major American political parties have been the elephant and the jackass. Those animals compliment the two nefarious parties. Surely Americans must have thought the more appropriate symbols should have been the snake and the scorpion. The two parties compete for the title of Pinocchio’s Nose. Witness the Republican Party’s silence regarding mad dictator Donald Trump. And when it comes to lying, American presidents are world-class champions. Consider the presidents of the past sixty years: Johnson, Nixon, Reagan, Clinton, Bush and Bush, Obama, Biden, and now the Donald who is anatomically incapable of telling the truth.
