That is why the Institute for Security Analysis has joined the Sympodium Institute and Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy to secure four seats for Armenian cadets in a prestigious postgraduate program in Strategic Communications.

Alumni of this program now shape policy, civil society, and international dialogue across Eastern Europe. Armenia’s future military leaders must also be at that table.

Each seat costs $15,600, and time is short: classes begin in October, with funding due by October 5 .
