Խնդրում ենք ստորև կարդալ Ֆրանսիայի Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու 2018 թվականի հունիսի 9-ի թեմական N 10 Տեղեկագրից քաղվածքը, որում վերնագրի ներքո ​​նշված է.

«ԱՌԱՋՆՈՐԴԸ ՀԱՆԴԻՊՈՒՄ Է ՆՍՕՏՏ ԳԱՐԵԳԻՆ Բ-ին»

Նորին Գերազանցություն Գերաշնորհ Տեր Վահան Եպիսկոպոս Հովհաննիսյանը, Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու Արևմտյան Եվրոպայի առաջնորդը և Վեհափառ հայրապետի հայրապետական պատվիրակը հանդիպեց Նորին Սրբություն Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսին Սուրբ Էջմիածին կատարած այցի ընթացքում՝ մասնակցելու Գերագույն հոգևոր խորհրդի նիստերին: Այս հանդիպմանը Նորին Սրբությունը ներկայացրեց գրավոր զեկույց Ֆրանսիայում և Արևմտյան Եվրոպայում հայկական եկեղեցու վիճակի վերաբերյալ և քննարկեց տարբեր ծրագրեր և մարտահրավերներ: «Նորին Սրբությունը բարձր գնահատեց Վահան եպիսկոպոսի և Թեմական խորհրդի ջանքերը Նիցցայի հարցի լուծման; երիտասարդության համար ծրագրերի ստեղծման; ինտերնետի միջոցով հավատացյալների հետ կապերի ստեղծման և տարբեր հրապարակումների; ինչպես նաև ծխականների և թեմերի կանոնադրություններին հետամուտ լինելու համար: Նորին Սրբությունը պնդեց, որ կարևոր է թեմի բոլոր ծխականների կանոնադրությունները համահունչ դարձնել Հայ եկեղեցու կանոններին, նա ավելացրեց, որ «ի վերջո» կանոնադրությունները յուրաքանչյուր ծխական համայնքի սեփականությունն են, և նրանք հնարավորություն ունեն քննարկելու և փոփոխելու դրանք իրենց տարեկան հավաքների ընթացքում, այնքանով որքանով այդ փոփոխությունները համապատասխանում են մեր Եկեղեցու կանոններին»:

Ի հավելումն, 2019-ի փետրվարի 11-ի Թեմական խորհրդի Հաղորդագրությունում դուք նշում եք, որ «դուք ուրախ եք տեղեկացնել Նիցցայի Սբ. Մարիամ Աստվածածին Հայկական Եկեղեցու Կրոնական Ասոցիացիայի կողմից Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու Ֆրանսիայի թեմի ուժի մեջ մտած կանոնադրության փետրվարի 5-ին տեղի ունեցած ստորագրության վերաբերյալ: Նույն օրը թեմական խորհրդին ուղղված նամակում Նիցցայի Սբ Մարիամ Աստվածածին հայկական եկեղեցու կրոնական ասոցիացիան ճշգրտում է, որ այն մարտի 1-ին նախատեսված արտահերթ ընդհանուր ժողովի հաստատմանը կներկայացնի ծխական կանոնադրությունը, որը նրան 2006 թ. հնարավորություն էր տվել ինտեգրվելու Թեմական միությանը, միաժամանակ սպասելով թեմական և ծխական նոր կանոնադրություններին, որոնք կառաջարկվեն թեմական խորհրդի կողմից Ֆրանսիայի մեր եկեղեցու բոլոր ծխական համայնքներին: Թեմական խորհուրդը գոհունակությամբ ողջունում է այս քայլերը, որոնք նշանակալի առաջընթաց են Նիցցայի Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու իրավիճակի բարելավման ուղղությամբ:» Փարիզ, 11 փետրվարի, 2020 թ.

2020 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ի ձեր նամակում, այնուամենայնիվ, դուք անհասկանալի կերպով նշում եք այն պարտավորությունների խախտումների մասին, որոնք ենթադրաբար չեն պահպանվել մեր ծխական համայնքի կողմից, ինչը միանգամայն կեղծ է, և որ, այդ իսկ պատճառով, Սրբազան Վահան Հովհաննիսյանը հետ է կանչում Հարգարժան Հայր Կոմիտաս Վարդապետ Հովնանյանին:

Հաշվի առնելով 2019-ի ապրիլի 14-ին ստորագրված հուշագրի պայմանները; Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ի ուղերձը «կանոնադրությունները յուրաքանչյուր ծխական համայնքի սեփականությունն են, և նրանք ունեն իրենց տարեկան հավաքների ընթացքում քննարկելու և փոփոխելու հնարավորություն, քանի դեռ այդ փոփոխությունները համահունչ են մեր Եկեղեցու կանոններին»; Վեհափառի պարտավորությունն իր ստորագրությամբ; կից ներկայացվող Թեմի տարբեր հաղորդագրությունները, ձեր պահանջը Հայր Կոմիտաս Վարդապետ Հովնանյանին հետ կանչելու վերաբերյալ այս պայմաններում անտեղի, անօրինական և անհիմն է:

Համոզված լինելով Ձեր խորը մարդկայնության, տրված բառի հանդեպ Ձեր հարգանքի, Ձեր ազնվության, Ձեր պատասխանատվության զգացումի և հավատքի նկատմամբ Ձեր անձնուրացության մեջ, Դուք, հարգելի Գերաշնորհ Տ. Վահան Հովհաննիսյան, անշուշտ այնպիսի մարդ չեք, ով պատրաստ է հրաժարվել իր ստորագրությունից: Ավելին, նկատեցինք, որ, հետաքրքրականորեն, 2020 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ի կից մամլո հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված «Վահան եպիսկոպոս» ստորագրությունը կարծես թե Ձերը չէ, եթե համեմատենք այն կից Հուշագրի հետ:

Այսքան փոխադարձ շփումներից և փոխադարձ պայմանավորվածություններից հետո, որոնք հանգեցրեցին մեր « վերաօծմանը », ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի միակողմանիորեն պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել մի ամբողջ համայնքի նկատմամբ՝ առանց որևէ հիմնավորված պատճառի, և ընդդիմանալ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ի ցուցումներին մասնավորապես, որոնք ժամանակին հրապարակվել են ձեզ կից ներկայացվող 2018 թվականի հունիսի 9-ի թիվ 10 ԹԵմական Տեղեկագրում, որին հրավիրում ենք ձեր ուշադրությունը:

Դուք տեղյակ պիտի լինեք եք այն սպառնալիքներից, շանտաժից, ահաբեկումից, որոնք կրել է մեր համայնքը 15 տարի առաջ Նիցցայում Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ի կողմից Վաչե քահանայի նշանակվելուց հետո, ով սարսափ էր սերմանել մեր համայնքում, և ում հետագայում արգելվեց ապրել Ալպ-Մարիթիմում: Նրան միշտ պաշտպանել է Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ն, ընդդեմ ժամանակին Թեմական առաջնորդ, հանրայնորեն նվաստացված Գերաշնորհ Նորվան Զաքարյանի, ով փրկություն գտավ՝ հրաժարական տալով (տե՛ս կից բացատրական գրությունը): Այսօր հաջորդում են նույն սպառնալիքները, շանտաժը և ահաբեկումը, ծխական կանոնադրության ստորագրությանն առնչվող, որը մեր համայնքն արդեն իսկ գերակշիռ մեծամասնությամբ մերժել է 2006 թվականի փետրվարի 26-ի իր տարեկան ժողովի որոշմամբ, մինչև որպես պատժամիջոց մեր ծխական համայնքին՝ այդ կանոնադրության ստորագրությունը մերժելու դեպքում մեր շատ սիրված Հայր Սուրբ Կոմիտաս Վարդապետ Հովնանյանին մեր համայնքում ծառայելն արգելելը:

Այո: Ավելի քան 10 տարի տևած գողգթա, որի ընթացքում Գարեգին Բ Կաթողիկոսը իրականացրեց հերթականությամբ. մեր համայնքը ահաբեկած Վաչե քահանան; ժամանակին Թեմական Առաջնորդ Նորվան Սրբազանը; Թեմական Խորհրդի նախագահ Ջոլոլյանը, ապա Ազիլազյանը; Սբ. Ֆիլիպ եկեղեցին, և այսօր կարծես թե Առաջնորդ Գերաշնորհ Տ. Վահան Սրբազանի կեղծ ստորագրությունը՝ ստիպելով պարտադրել մեզ իր օրենքը, չմոռանալով իրականացված ինտրիգային «վերաօծման» հնարքը:

Քանի դեռ ամբողջ աշխարհը գտնվում է խորը ճգնաժամի մեջ «Կովիդ 19» վիրուսի պատճառով, երբ տնտեսությունները փլուզվում են, գործազրկությունը բարձրանում է, քաղաքացիական խաղաղությունը վտանգի տակ է, պատերազմ է զարգանում Հայաստանում, երբ Ալիևը սպառնում է պայթեցնել Մեծամորի ատոմակայանը; այս պահին, երբ թուրք-ադրբեջանական սփյուռքը վտանգավորորեն ամրապնդում է և հրահրում է հայկական սփյուռքին, որը չի դադարում քայքայվել, Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոսի պատասխանատվությունն ամբողջովին զբաղված է նրանով, որ նա հավաքելու և ամրապնդելու փոխարեն բաժանում և թուլացնում է մեր Սփյուռքը, և մասնավորապես 2012-ի հունվարի 27-ի իր կից ներկայացվող Հայրապետական Կոնդակով, որով, առանց խորհրդակցելու Ֆրանսիայի Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու թեմի հետ, նա պատժամիջոցներ է կիրառել մի ամբողջ համայնքի հանդեպ՝ ցեխ շպրտելով վրան, հրամայելով հեռացնել Նիցցայի մեր Սուրբ Մարիամ Աստվածածին Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցուց «Առաքելական» անունը, ԱՌԱՋԻՆ ԱՆԳԱՄ ՄԵՐ ՍՈՒՐԲ ԵԿԵՂԵՑՈԻ ՊԱՏՄՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՄԵՋ 301թ. ի վեր՝ սպառնալով մեր Սուրբ Մարիամ Աստվածածին եկեղեցու հիմքերին, որը քարը քարին դրվելով շինվել է մեր համայնքի առաջին անդամների կողմից, և օծվել է Սրբազան Բալաքյանի կողմից 1927 թ.:

Կաթողիկոսը ինչպես Նիցցայի հետ, վարվեց նաև Ժնևի Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու հետ (տե՛ս կից), հեռացնելով իրենց հարգված քահանա Հայր Աբելին, ում բոլորն էին գնահատում, փակելով իրենց եկեղեցին` միաժամանակ ստեղծելով նոր մրցակցային միություն, լրիվ ինչպես Նիցցայում, բայց նաև այլուր. Բուլղարիայի Սոֆիայում, Բալթյան երկրների Վիլնյուսում և Ռիգայում, մեր եկեղեցիների դեմ ապակայունացման այլ փորձեր Բելգիայում, Նիդերլանդներում, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանում 12 ծխական համայնքների դեմ, ինչպես նշվեց անցյալ տարի BBC-ն ռուսերեն հաղորդմամբ, և կրկին մանյովրներ Կանադայում և ԱՄՆ-ում:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, բոլորն էլ հասկանում են, որ Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոսի ռազմավարությունը բաղկացած է ամբողջ Սփյուռքի այնպիսի կրոնական համայնքների ստեղծումից, որտեղ քահանան գերիշխելու է քաղաքացիական անձանց՝ մեր եկեղեցիներում մարդկանց գործառույթները փոխարինելով միայն կրոնական իրավունքներով վերապահված նախապատվություններով, մասնավորապես, բայց ոչ միայն ֆինանսների կառավարմամբ և իշխանությունների մոտ որպես հավատացյալների ներկայացուցիչ հանդես գալով յուրաքանչյուր երկրում: Դուք կարո՞ղ եք պատկերացնել, որ Ֆրանսիայում սա ​​ամբողջովին անօրինական է; հակառակ 1901 և 1905 թվականների օրենքներին; եկեղեցու և պետության տարանջատմանը; և սպառնում է Հանրապետության հիմունքներին:

Նույնիսկ այսօր վնասը, բաժանումը և շահարկումները շարունակում են զարգանալ:

Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոսի աջակցությամբ մեզանից երեքը՝ Զարեհ Մարտիրոսյանը, ով երիտասարդ տարիքից անխոնջ ծառայել է մեր եկեղեցուն, մասնավորապես Նիցցայում, վախենալով իր կյանքի համար, 2010-ին հրաժարական տվեց մեր եկեղեցու Նախագահությունից՝ սպառնալիքներ, շանտաժ և ահաբեկչություն սերմանող Վաչե քահանայի պատճառով; ինչպես նաև Արամ Քարթունը և Նուրան Բալյոզյանը, դարձան մեր համայնքում Գարեգին Բ Կաթողիկոսի Տրոյական ձին, այն բանից հետո, հարկ է հիշել, երբ այս երեքին էլ չհաջողվեց որևէ հարցում համաձայնության գալ Թեմի հետ որպես մեր Ծխական Հաշտեցման հանձնաժողովի անդամներ, պատգամված Ծխական խորհրդի կողմից երեք տարի ժամկետով 2016 թվականին: Նրանք չկարողացան անտեսել, որ հենց նա, Գարեգին Բ Կաթողիկոսն է ղեկավարում է այս ամենը, և ուրիշ ոչ ոք; և ոչ էլ այն, որ Ֆրանսիայում առկա 25 ծխերից 20-ը, որոնք չեն ընդունում կաթողիկոս Գարեգինե Բ-ի կողմից պարտադրվող կանոնադրությունը, չեն պատժվել և չեն զրկվել «Առաքելական» որակավորվորումի, ինչպես Նիցցայի մեր Ծուխը, հավանաբար այն պատճառով, որ նրանք չունեն անշարժ գույքի մեր նման ժառանգություն՝ ինչպես մեր Բարսամյան դպրոցական համալիրը, որի վերաբերյալ քահանա Վաչեն բարձրաձայն հայտարարում էր ամենուր, որ իր հովանավոր Գարեգին Բ Կաթողիկոսը ցանկանում է այն ձեռք գցել:

Այնուամենայնիվ, չնայած պարտություն կրելով Ծխական խորհրդի 2018 թվականի հունիսի 10-ի ընտրություններում, այսօր, մեր երեք ընկերները՝ Զարեհը, Նուրանը և Արամը, սպառնական ուղերձներ են հղում մեր համայնքի դեմ, մեղադրելով ներկայիս Ծխական խորհրդին դավաճանության մեջ; պահանջում են Խորհրդի հրաժարականը; սերմանում կասկած և տարաձայնություն Խորհրդի ճանապարհին; փորձում մանիպուլյացիայի ենթարկել պարկեշտ մարդկանց մտքերը՝ հրավիրելով նրանց ընդդիմանալ Ծխական խորհրդին; և երազում են կազմակերպել արտահերթ ընդհանուր ժողով, վերցնել իշխանությունը՝ այն իրենց ծնկների վրա նվիրաբերելու զորեղ ու ամենակարող մի քահանայի:

Այս պայմաններում Ծխական խորհուրդը, որին աջակցում է մեր համայնքի ճնշող մեծամասնությունը, ավելի քան երբևէ հաստատակամ է իր դիրքում: Հաշվի առնելով ավելի քան 10 տարի տևած իր ցավալի փորձը և անցյալից քաղած դասերը, Խորհուրդը ամբողջովին մերժում է այն պատժամիջոցը, որը Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոսը հերթական անգամ որոշել է, այն է՝ հեռացնել մեր Սուրբ Եկեղեցու Մեծ Ծառային, մեր հիանալի Հայր Սուրբ Կոմիտաս Վարդապետ Հովնանյանին:

Եթե չեք ցանկանում լուծել այս խնդիրը դատարաններում Թեմի դեմ դատական հայցերով, ձեր խոսքերին, գրություններին, համաձայնագրերին և պարտավորություններին չհամապատասխանելու համար, որոնք հանգեցրել են մեր «վերաօծմանը», մենք ձեզ մի վերջին անգամ կոչ ենք անում՝ առաջնորդվել քրիստոնեական հավատքով, որը միավորում է մեզ:

Մեր համայնքներում տարիներ տառապելուց, փորձանքներից, մղձավանջներից հետո եկել է ժամանակը հրավիրելու մեր մտավորականներին, ազգային մասշտաբով մեր ասոցիացիաների ղեկավարներին՝ «բացակա բաժանորդներով», մեր սփյուռքի կարող ուժերին` դատապարտելու այս ապակառուցողական գործողությունները  ուղղված Սփյուռքի և Հայաստանի համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող շահերի դեմ:

Այս հույսով ենք, որ մենք խնդրում ենք ձեզ, Սրբազան և Թեմական Խորհրդի Պարոն Նախագահ, ընդունել մեր հարգալից ողջույնները:

Veuillez trouver ci-dessous extrait du Bulletin N°10 du Diocèse de l’Eglise Aposto-lique Arménienne de France du 9 juin 2018, dans lequel il est précisé sous le titre “LE PRIMAT RENCONTRE SA SAINTETÉ KAREKIN II” :

Son Excellence Monseigneur Vahan Hovhanessian, Primat et Légat Pontifical pour l’Europe Occidentale, a rencontré Sa sainteté Karekin II, Suprême Patriarche et Ca-tholicos de Tous les Arméniens lors de sa visite à Saint Etchmiadzin pour participer aux sessions du Conseil Spirituel Suprême. Lors de cette rencontre Son Excellence a présenté un rapport écrit sur l’état de l’Église Arménienne en France et en Europe Occidentale et a discuté des divers programmes et défis. “Sa Sainteté a loué les ef-forts déployés par l’Évêque Vahan et le conseil Diocésain pour, la résolution de la question de Nice, la création de programmes pour la jeunesse, la création de liens avec les fidèles via internet et pour les diverses publications réalisées, ainsi que la poursuite des statuts des paroisses et du Diocèse. Sa Sainteté a insisté sur l’impor-tance d’harmoniser les statuts de toutes les paroisses du Diocèse pour être alignés sur les canons de l’Église Arménienne, il a ajouté que « in fine » les statuts sont la propriété de chaque Paroisse et ils ont la possibilité de les discuter et modifier lors de leurs assemblées annuelles, pour autant que ces modifications soient conformes aux canons séculaires de notre Église.”

En outre, dans le Communiqué du conseil diocésain du 11 février 2019 vous indi-quez que “vous êtes heureux de nous informer de la signature, le 5 février dernier, des statuts en vigueur du Diocèse de France de l’Eglise apostolique arménienne par l’Association cultuelle de l’Eglise arménienne Sainte-Marie de Nice. Dans un courrier adressé au Conseil diocésain à la même date , l’Association cultuelle de l’Eglise ar-ménienne Sainte-Marie précise qu’elle soumettra à l’ assemblée générale extraordi-naire de ses membres prévue le 1er mars, pour adoption, les statuts paroissiaux qui lui avaient permis en 2006 d’accéder à son intégration dans l’Union diocésaine, dans l’attente des nouveaux statuts diocésains et paroissiaux qui seront proposés par le Conseil diocésain à l’ensemble des Paroisses de notre Eglise en France. Le Conseil diocésain salue avec satisfaction ces démarches qui marquent une avancée notoire vers la normalisation de la situation de notre Sainte Eglise apostolique arménienne à Nice”. A Paris, Le 11 février 2020.

Dans votre courrier du 1er août 2020 pour autant, vous faites allusion, de façon in-compréhensible, aux manquements aux engagements soi-disant non tenus par notre paroisse, ce qui est absolument faux et que Monseigneur Vahan Hovhannes-sian rappellera en conséquence le Révérend Père Komitas Hovnanian.

Suivant les termes du mémorandum signé le 14 avril 2019, le message du Catholi-cos de Tous les Arméniens Karekine II ” les statuts sont la propriété de chaque Pa-roisse et ils ont la possibilité de les discuter et modifier lors de leurs assemblées an-nuelles, pour autant que ces modifications soient conformes aux canons séculaires de notre Église.”, l’engagement du Primat par sa signature, les différentes communi-qués du Diocèse ci-joint, votre demande du départ du Révérend Père Komitas Hov-nanian est inappropriée, illégitime et infondée dans ces conditions.

Convaincu de votre profonde humanité, de votre respect de la parole donnée, de votre intégrité, du sens de vos responsabilités et de sacrifice pour votre foi, vous n’êtes sûrement pas, cher Monseigneur Vahan Hovhanessian, un homme prêt à re-nier sa signature. D’ailleurs, nous avons remarqué que, curieusement, la signature figurant sur le communiqué du 1er août 2020 ci-joint “Evêque Vahan” n’apparait pas être la vôtre, si on la compare à celle du Mémorandum ci-joint.

Après autant d’échanges et d’engagements réciproques qui se sont conclus par notre ré-consécration, personne n’a le droit de sanctionner unilatéralement toute une com-munauté sans aucune raison valable et s’opposer aux instructions du Catholicos de Tous Les Arméniens Karekine II, notamment celles parues en son temps dans le Bul-letin N°10 du Diocèse du 9 juin 2018 ci-joint que nous vous invitons à consulter.

Vous remarquerez que les menaces, chantages, intimidations que notre commu-nauté a subies depuis la nomination par le Catholicos Karekine II du prêtre Vatché à Nice il y a 15 ans et qui a semé la terreur dans notre communauté et plus tard interdit de séjour dans les Alpes-Maritimes. Il a toujours été protégé par le Catholicos Ka-rekine II, en public contre le Primat de l’époque Mgr. Norvan Zakarian, humilié, le-quel a trouvé le salut en démissionnant, voir ci-joint sa notice explicative. Sont sui-vies aujourd’hui les mêmes menaces, chantages et intimidations portant encore sur la signature de statuts paroissiaux que notre communauté a déjà rejetés en très grande majorité lors de son AG du 26 février 2006, jusqu’à sanctionner notre Pa-roisse par l’interdiction d’exercer aujourd’hui de notre bien aimé Hayr Sourp Gomidas Hovnanian en cas de refus !

Oui ! Plus de 10 années de calvaire pendant lesquelles le Catholicos Karekine II a instrumentalisé, tour à tour, le prêtre Vatché qui a terrorisé notre communauté, le Primat de l’époque Mgr. Norvan, le Président du Diocèse Djololian, puis Azilazian, Eglise St. Philippe et aujourd’hui la signature falsifiée, semble-t-il, du Primat Mgr. Vahan pour nous imposer sa loi, sans oublier le stratagème d’une re-consécration in-trigante!

Alors que le monde entier est en crise profonde suite au Virus Covid 19, quand des économies s’effondrent, que le chômage augmente, la paix civile menacée, que la guerre sévit en Arménie, quand Aliyev menace de faire sauter le centrale nucléaire Medzamor , en ce moment où la diaspora turco-azérie se renforce dangereusement et provoque la diaspora arménienne qui ne cesse de se dégrader, la responsabilité du Catholicos Karekine II est totalement engagée parce qu’il divise et affaiblit notre

Diaspora au lieu rassembler et fortifier, et particulièrement suite à sa Bulle Papale du 27 janvier 2012 ci-joint dans laquelle, sans consulter le Diocèse de l’église Aposto-lique Arménienne de France, il a sanctionné toute une communauté et l’a trainée dans la boue, en osant enlever l’appellation “Apostolique” de notre Sainte Eglise Sainte-Marie de la Madeleine, POUR LA PREMIERE FOIS DANS L’HISTOIRE DE NOTRE SAINTE EGLISE DEPUIS 301, menaçant les fondations de notre église Sainte-Marie, pourtant construite pierre sur pierre par les premiers arrivants de notre communauté, consacrée par Mgr. Balakian en 1927.

Le Catholicos a sévi de la même manière que Nice avec l’église Apostolique Armé-nienne de Genève, (voir ci-joint) défroquant leur valeureux Prêtre le Père Abel, ap-précié par tous, fermant leur église tout en créant une nouvelle association concur-rente, tout comme à Nice mais aussi à Sofia en Bulgarie, à Vilnius et Riga dans les Pays Baltes, et d’autres tentatives de déstabilisation contre nos églises en Belgique, au Pays-Bas, mais aussi contre 12 Paroisses en Russie comme évoqué l’année der-nière sur BBC en langue russe, mais aussi et encore des manoeuvres au Canada et aux USA.

Plus généralement, tout le monde a compris que la stratégie du Catholicos Karekine II consiste à créer, à travers la Diaspora mondiale, des communautés religieuses où le prêtre dominera le civil en remplaçant les fonctions du peuple dans nos églises par des prérogatives réservées aux religieux seuls, notamment mais pas seulement la gestion des finances et la représentation des fidèles auprès des autorités de chaque pays! Vous pouvez imaginer que c’est complétement illégal en France, contraire aux lois du 1901 et 1905, à la séparation de l’église et de l’état et menace les fondamen-taux de la République !

Aujourd’hui encore les dommages collatéraux, la division et les manipulations conti-nuent de sévir!

Soutenus par le Catholicos Karekine II, trois des nôtres, Zareh Mardirossian qui a servi sans relâche notre église depuis son jeune âge et particulièrement à Nice, crai-gnant pour sa vie, a démissionné en 2010 de la Présidence de notre église face aux menaces, chantages, intimidations du prêtre Vatché qui a semé la terreur, ainsi que Aram Kartun et Nuran Balyozyan sont devenus le Cheval de Troie du Catholicos Ka-rekine II au sein de notre communauté, après, faut-il le rappeler, avoir échoué tous les trois tout accord avec le Diocèse en tant que Membres de la Commission de Con-ciliation de notre Paroisse, missionnée par son Conseil d’Administration pendant trois ans en 2016. Ils ne pouvaient ignorer que c’était lui, le Catholicos Karekine II qui tirait les ficelles et personne d’autre ni que parmi les 20 Paroisses sur 25 en France qui n’ont pas accepté les statuts imposés par Catholicos Karekine II, aucune n’a été sanctionnée et privée du qualificatif “d’Apostolique”, comme notre Paroisse de Nice, vraisemblablement parce qu’elles n’ont pas un patrimoine immobilier comme le nôtre, avec le Complexe – Ecole Barsamian, pour lequel le prêtre Vatché criait haut et fort en public que son protecteur le Catholicos Karekine II voulait s’accaparer!

Pour autant, bien qu’ayant perdu les dernières élections du 10 juin 2018 du Conseil Paroissial, aujourd’hui, nos trois compères Zareh, Nuran et Aram envoient des mes-sages assassins contre notre communauté, accusent le Conseil Paroissial actuel de trahison, crient à la démission, sèment le doute et la zizanie sur leur passage, es-saient de manipuler l’esprit des honnêtes gens, les invitant à se soulever contre le Conseil Paroissial et rêvent d’organiser une AGE, prendre le pouvoir pour le re-mettre, à genoux, dans les mains d’un prêtre tout puissant omnipotent!

Dans ces conditions le Conseil Paroissial, appuyé par l’immense majorité de notre communauté, est déterminé plus que jamais du bien fondé de ses positions.
Fort de son expérience douloureuse depuis plus de 10 ans et des enseignements du passé, il refuse totalement la sanction infligée une nouvelle fois par le Catholicos Ka-rekine II de lui enlever le Grand Serviteur de notre Sainte Eglise, notre admirable Hayr Sourp Gomidas Vartabed Hovnanian.

S’il ne souhaite pas régler ce problème pour le moment devant les tribunaux contre le Diocèse pour non-respect de vos paroles, écrits, accords et engagements ayant conduit à notre ré-consécration, nous vous lançons un ultime appel à la raison dans la Foi Chrétienne qui nous unit!

Après des années de souffrance, de calvaire, de cauchemar dans nos communau-tés, l’heure est venue d’inviter nos intellectuels, nos responsables associatifs au ni-veau national aux abonnés absents, les forces vives de notre Diaspora à dénoncer ces agissements destructeurs contre les intérêts vitaux de notre Diaspora et de l’Ar-ménie !

Please find below the extract from the Bulletin N°10 of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church of France of June 9, 2018, where it is specified under the title

“THE PRIMATE MEETS HIS HOLINESS KAREKIN II”:

His Excellency Bishop Vahan Hovhanessian, Primate and Pontifical Legate for Western Europe, met His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians during his visit to Saint Etchmiadzin to participate in the sessions of the Supreme Spiritual Council. At this meeting, His Excellency presented a written report on the state of the Armenian Church in France and Western Europe and discussed various programs and challenges. “His Holiness praised the efforts made by Bishop Vahan and the Diocesan Council for the resolution of the question of Nice, the creation of programs for youth, the creation of links with the believers via the internet and for the various publications produced, as well as the pursuit of the statutes of the parishes and of the Diocese. His Holiness insisted on the importance of harmonizing the statutes of all the parishes of the Diocese to be aligned with the canons of the Armenian Church, he added that “at the end” the statutes are the property of each Parish and they have the possibility of discussing and modifying them during their annual assemblies, as long as these modifications conform to the secular canons of our Church.”

In addition, in the Communiqué of the Diocesan Council of February 11, 2019, you indicate that “you are pleased to inform us of the signing, on the past February 5th, of the statutes in force of the Diocese of France of the Armenian Apostolic Church by the Association of the Armenian Church of St. Mary of Nice. In a letter addressed to the Diocesan Council on the same date, the Association of the Armenian Church of St. Mary specifies that it will submit to the Extraordinary General Assembly of its members scheduled for March 1 for adoption of the parish statutes which had enabled it in 2006 to accede to its integration into the diocesan Union, pending the new diocesan and parish statutes, that will be proposed by the Diocesan Council to all the Parishes of our Church in France. The Diocesan Council welcomes with satisfaction these steps which mark a notable advance towards the normalization of the situation of our Holy Armenian Apostolic Church in Nice”. In Paris, February 11, 2020.

In your letter of August 1, 2020, however, you allude, incomprehensibly; to breaches of commitments supposedly not kept by our parish, which is absolutely false, and that Bishop Vahan Hovhannessian will therefore call back Reverend Father Komitas Hovnanian.

Considering the terms of the memorandum signed on April 14, 2019; the message of the Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II “the statutes are the property of each Parish and they have the possibility of discussing and modifying them during their annual assemblies, as long as these modifications are in conformity with the secular canons of our Church. “; the commitment of the Primate by its signature; the various attached communications of the Diocese, your request for the departure of Reverend Father Komitas Hovnanian is inappropriate, illegitimate and unfounded under these conditions.

Convinced of your deep humanity, of your respect for the word given, of your honesty, of the sense of your responsibilities and of sacrifice for your faith, you are surely not, dear Bishop Vahan Hovhanessian, a man ready to renounce his own signature. Moreover, we noticed that, curiously, the signature “Bishop Vahan” appearing on the attached press release of August 1, 2020 does not seem to be yours, if we compare it to that of the attached Memorandum.

After so many exchanges and reciprocal commitments that resulted in our “re-consecration”, no one has the right to unilaterally sanction an entire community without any valid reason and to oppose the instructions of the Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, in particular those published in due time in the attached Bulletin N°10 of the Diocese of June 9th, 2018, which we invite you to consult.

You might notice the threats, blackmail, intimidation that our community has suffered since the appointment by the Catholicos Karekine II of the priest Vatche in Nice 15 years ago and which sowed terror in our community and later banned from living in the Alps-Maritimes. He has always been protected by Catholicos Karekine II, in public against the Primate of the time Mgr. Norvan Zakarian, who, humiliated, found salvation by resigning (see the attached explanatory note). Today are followed the same threats, blackmail and intimidation still bearing on the signing of parish statutes that our community has already rejected in large majority during its General Assembly of February 26th, 2006, till sanctioning our Parish by the prohibition our beloved Hayr Sourp Gomidas Hovnanian to practice today in case of refusal!

Yes ! More than 10 years of ordeal during which Catholicos Karekine II instrumentalized consecutively: priest Vatche who terrorized our community; the Primate of the time Mgr. Norvan; the President of the Diocese Djololian, then Azilazian; St. Philippe Church, and today the falsified signature, it seems, of the Primate Mgr. Vahan to impose his law on us, without forgetting the stratagem of an intriguing “re-consecration”!

As the whole world is in deep crisis following the Covid 19 Virus, when economies collapse, unemployment rises, civil peace threatened, war rages in Armenia, when Aliyev threatens to blow up the Medzamor nuclear power plant; at this time when the Turkish-Azeri diaspora is dangerously strengthening and provoking the Armenian diaspora which does not stop degrading, the responsibility of Catholicos Karekine II is totally engaged because he divides and weakens our Diaspora instead of gathering and strengthening, and particularly following his attached Papal Bull of January 27, 2012 in which, without consulting the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church of France, he sanctioned an entire community and dragged it through the mud, daring to remove the name “Apostolic” of our Holy Church of St. Mary of the Madeleine, FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE HISTORY OF OUR HOLY CHURCH SINCE 301, threatening the foundations of our Church of St. Mary, yet built stone upon stone by the first arrivals of our community, consecrated by Mgr. Balakian in 1927.

The Catholicos raged in the same way as Nice with the Armenian Apostolic Church in Geneva, (see attached) defrosting their valiant Priest Father Abel, appreciated by all, closing their church while creating a new competing association, all like in Nice; but also in Sofia in Bulgaria, in Vilnius and Riga in the Baltic countries, and other attempts to destabilize against our churches in Belgium, in the Netherlands, but also against 12 parishes in Russia as mentioned last year on BBC in Russian, but also and again maneuvers in Canada and the USA.

More generally, everyone understood that the strategy of Catholicos Karekine II consists in creating, across the world Diaspora, religious communities where the priest will dominate the civilian by replacing the functions of the people in our churches with prerogatives reserved for religious only, notably but not only the management of finances and the representation of the believers to the authorities of each country! You can imagine that it is completely illegal in France; contrary to the laws of 1901 and 1905; to the separation of church and state, and it threatens the fundamentals of the Republic?!

Even today collateral damage, division and manipulation continue to rage!

Supported by Catholicos Karekine II, three of us, Zareh Mardirossian who has served our church relentlessly from a young age and particularly in Nice, fearing for his life, resigned in 2010 from the Presidency of our church in the face of threats, blackmail, intimidation of the priest Vatche, who sowed terror; as well as Aram Kartun and Nuran Balyozyan became the Trojan Horse of Catholicos Karekine II within our community, while, it should be remembered, all three have failed any agreement with the Diocese as Members of the Conciliation Commission of our Parish, commissioned by its Administration Council for three years in 2016. They could not ignore that it was he, Catholicos Karekine II, who pulled the strings and no one else; nor that any among the 20 parishes out of 25 in France that did not accept the statutes imposed by Catholicos Karekine II was sanctioned and deprived of the qualifier “Apostolic”, like our Parish of Nice, probably because they do not have a real estate heritage like ours, with the Complexe – Ecole Barsamian, for which the priest Vatche shouted loudly and strong in public that his protector Catholicos Karekine II wants to grab it!

However, despite having lost the last elections of June 10, 2018 of the Parish Council, today, our three friends Zareh, Nuran and Aram are sending murderous messages against our community; accuse the current Parish Council of treason; cry out to the resignation; sow doubt and discord in their path; try to manipulate the minds of honest people, inviting them to rise up against the Parish Council; and dream of organizing an extraordinary general meeting to take the power and to put it back, on their knees, in hands of an all-powerful omnipotent priest!

Under these conditions, the Parish Council, supported by the vast majority of our community, is determined more than ever on the validity of its positions.

Drawing on its painful experience for more than 10 years and lessons from the past, it totally refuses the sanction once again inflicted by Catholicos Karekine II of removing the Great Servant of our Holy Church, our admirable Reverend Father Komitas Hovnanian.

If there is no wish to resolve this problem before the courts against the Diocese for non-compliance with your words, writings, agreements and commitments that led to our “re-consecration”, we send you a final appeal to reason in the Christian Faith, which unites us!

After years of suffering, ordeal, nightmare in our communities, the time has come to invite our intellectuals, our associative leaders at the national level with “absent subscribers”, the living forces of our Diaspora to denounce these destructive actions against the interests vital to our Diaspora and Armenia!

It is in this hope that we are sending you, H.G. Bishop and Mr. President of the Diocesan Council, our respectful greetings.
